I've been seeing Polina for about 6 months now! I'd been using Duolingo for about a year but was finding even after a year I had barely learnt anything.

Polina is a great and extremely professional Ukrainian teacher. After just 3 months of weekly lessons, I feel that I have greatly improved and become much more confident in my speaking skills. That's because classes are conducted mostly in Ukrainian, and Polina prepares a series of flashcards with vocabulary that I either didn't know or was important to the lesson. This really helps me to memorize new words and grammar. The content of the lessons is well-prepared and adapted to my level, we advance at a comfortable pace, so I can internalize the language and achieve my goals.
